The foot is a marvellous piece of engineering, designed to withstand 3 to 5 thousand pounds per square inch on average. To learn more about common foot conditions click the foot.
 The bones of the lower leg are the tibia and fibula. The tibia is the primary weight bearing structure of the lower leg, pictured here.

 knee1The femur or thigh bone is the longest bone of the body.The knee joint is formed by the articulation of the femur and tibia. Bony restrictions are minimal at the knee thus the complex arrangement of ligaments for stability.
The hip joint is made up of the head of the femur articulating with the acetabulum of the pelvis. It is a ball and socket joint and a primary region of weight transfer.hip3
 shoulder5The shoulder is also a ball and socket joint but with a shallower socket than the hip to allow for added mobility. It's the most mobile joint in the body.
 The forearm consists of the radius and ulna. The radius always rotates around the stationary ulna. forearm6
 hand5 The wrist and hand, like the foot are divided into three regions: carpals, metacarpals and phalanges.
The neck is the most complex muscular-skeletal structure in the body. it not only keeps our head on straight, but does this while allowing a great deal of mobility. It's an area of common and complicated pain conditions. neck1
